The Holgate Library is excited to announce that we will be opening for limited hours beginning on June 1st. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be patient with us as we are working with the CDC and the Ohio Library Council’s recommendations to keep our staff and patrons safe during the COVIC19 pandemic. This schedule will be for the month of June, we will
 re-evaluate after this.
We will be open from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday’s.
Only 5 patrons will be allowed in the library at any given time. This is limited to 3 people looking for physical materials and 2 people on the computers.
• At this time no one under the age of 16 will be allowed in the library due to the extra cleaning that the CDC and OLC has mandated.
Place all materials in the book drop before entering. We will not accept any returns in person.
Please wear a mask when entering the building (if you do not have a mask there will be one available in the entryway). We ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer in the entryway before coming into the building.
Do not bring any type of book bags from home, we will provide you with a bag when you check out.
You may check out books, audio books, and DVD’s, no magazines can be checked out at this time.
If you handle materials and decide that you do not want to check them out, please do not place the item back on the shelf, there will be a discard cart provided for these items.
